Stayputs have been made in Australia for over seventy years. Invented in Japan over 100 years ago for use in the art of Ikebana flower arrangement, Stayputs or ‘kenzans’, as they were originally known, have been used ever since to support flowers in traditional vases. Known also as ‘frogs’ and ‘pin holders’ around the world, these non-ferrous flower aids have been popular in many homes because of their ease of use and durability. They simply won’t rust or wear out!

Several years ago, glass artist Annie Lipschitz developed slump-fired glass flatware specifically designed to accommodate Stayput flower aids. The union has achieved sensational success due to simple and spectacular flower arrangement based on the ancient art of Ikebana.

Stayput stock a wide range of slump-fired glassware ready for shipment worldwide, so visit our online shop now!

Remember, postage is free within Australia for all orders over $25.00.
